In addition to the free installation support for Digium and selected basic rate ISDN (BRI) hardware, Connection Telecom provides full support for the entire Asterisk software suite through pre-paid support packages. Support and development time is available in one (1) or five (5) hours pre-paid packages. Time used is measured in 15 minute increments.

PCI Slots
Today's PC motherboards feature a variety of PCI slot types. Here, for example, is a typical dual processor motherboard with varying types of slots.
The TE410P is a 32-bit 33MHz card keyed for 3.3 volt operation. This means that in the motherboard pictured here, the TE410P will only fit into Slot #2. The TE410P will not fit into Slots 1, 3, 4, or 5.
The TE405P is a 32-bit 33MHz card keyed for 5.0 volt operation. This means that in the motherboard pictured here, the TE405P will fit into Slots 1, 3, 4, and 5. The TE405P will not fit into Slot #2.

* 0: AGP Pro Slot
* 1: 64-bit 5.0 volt PCI Slot
* 2: 64-bit 3.3 volt PCI Slot
* 3: 32-bit 5.0 volt PCI Slot
* 4: 32-bit 5.0 volt PCI Slot
* 5: 32-bit 5.0 volt PCI Slot
