Technical Support
Connection Telecom is committed to supporting its resellers, integrators and customers using Digium hardware and Asterisk software products. Certain other hardware solutions can be supported on request, for example Sirrix and Junghanns cards for Basic rate ISDN solutions.
Free Installation Support
All Digium and Sirrix hardware sold by Connection Telecom come with free installation assistance. If you purchase hardware from Connection Telecom, we will help you install it, including building and loading the drivers and the Asterisk™ software. This installation support does not include configuration of the PBX features, building a dial plan and any of the advanced options available.

Commercial Asterisk Support
In addition to the free installation support for Digium and selected basic rate ISDN (BRI) hardware, Connection Telecom provides full support for the entire Asterisk software suite through pre-paid support packages. Support and development time is available in one (1) or five (5) hours pre-paid packages. Time used is measured in 15 minute increments.
