Required Qualifications and Experience:
 
The achievement a Technical Diploma or Engineering qualification is an essential requirement, in addition to which the relevant Cisco Certification (CCENT, CCNA, CCDA or CCDP) would be advantageous.    It is vital that the candidate has good business acumen, solid technical knowledge of telecommunications and ICT products and solutions.  Experienced in stakeholder management and relationship management, the candidate is expected to interact with sales, operations, marketing , executives, customers, third party vendors and technical installations team.

The primary function of the Service Desk is to receive, co-ordinate, communicate and ensure the timely resolution of all service and support related requests. The key to achieving success in this role is to facilitate and provide superior customer service through timely, relevant and accurate technical support and communication. The service desk is responsible for offering successful 1st and 2nd level support to its clients, as well as 3rd level technical escalation where required.

Client Services Manager (Cape Town)

The Client Services Manager will be responsible for the efficient and smooth running of the Client Services Department, inclusive of its systems and processes, ensuring that the client service experience both protects and enhances client revenue.

The job of Client Services Manager entails building trust, confidence and goodwill with customers. The Client Services Manager must understand the needs of our customers and articulate the ability of our company to meet the clients' needs with products or services. They play an important role in client acquisition, customer satisfaction and client retention.

The incumbent should have a passion for achieving excellent client service, be service oriented, deadline- and target driven. As this is a management position it would be necessary for the incumbent to provide leadership to their staff, with the ability to delegate, train / mentor, performance manage and, if necessary, discipline in line with the Company Code of Conduct and the related statutory requirements.
