In business terms at least, the future is bright, the future is VoIP. 
That’s the message coming from Tom Dobson, business sales manager for the EMEA (Europe, Middle East and Asia) region at Telappliant.
He believes that VoIP (Voice over Internet Protocol) services will radically alter the way in which companies communicate in the future, as well as deliver them with cost benefits.
“Internet connectivity is becoming better in many countries, it is cheaper and that allows you to effectively use a single connection or at the very least two DSL (digital subscriber line) connections - one for voice and one for data,” he explained.
“You can add numbers from around the world and generally expanding your business globally is a lot easier using IP.”
